And since you’re reading this, you’ve hopefully had an amazingly transformative plastic surgery experience with our team. If so - we need your help! We’re looking for another Patient Care team member who is passionate about helping women gain the confidence you now have.

We Sell Confidence, Not Botox
We’re a plastic surgery and medspa practice—but don’t think for a second that our “product” is breast implants or botox. Nope. Our product is CONFIDENCE.

Why? Because the way a person feels about their body affects every single aspect of their lives. So many people are held back, embarrassed, insecure and ashamed… all because of loose skin around their stomach, the size of their breasts, or some specific imperfections on their face.

We want to help people be free of these burdens, and to help them have the courage to invest in their own confidence.

The Role
Here’s what you can expect to be responsible for within this role:

  • Immediately establishing a warm connection with patients and their family members

  • Helping patients know exactly what to expect throughout their journey (with our process, our team, and their outcomes)

  • Walking patients through payment options and taking their payment

  • Following up with patients who have a consultation, but have not yet booked their procedure

  • Answering any and all questions a patient may have after their consultation and procedure

Work Hours
In case you’re wondering… this is a full-time role, five days per week, 45 hours a week.

You must be humble. You must be hungry. You must be people-smart. You must have a great attitude and be able to connect, encourage and authentically guide our patients through a life-changing experience.

You must have some natural charisma and magnetism—meaning you’ve figured out your personality strengths and know how to use them to be influential. Being on this team is about influence and passion, not position.

You must be a great listener and learner who always asks questions. You must be able to take feedback well.

You must be confident and comfortable in your own skin. We call it self-awareness. You must work well with others. It’s not all about you; it’s about the team. You must realize that there is no they. There is only us.

You must be GREAT at time management, attention to detail, loving people well and common sense. You must be able to see the big picture and make sure everything works well together. You must show up, work hard, and be kind.

There are obviously many more things to get into, but the things listed above are all the things that make our team special. We must have these attributes if we are going to cause real change in people’s lives. And that is our mission.
